TCM’s Director has over 35 years’ experience of ICT service delivery and management, and TCM’s consulting personnel have expertise in delivery environments that include: defence communications, financial and public sector administration, social services, major ICT vendors, telecommunications and utilities, mining, civil construction and banking.

TCM and its consultants have built a network of relationships within the industry from which personnel are drawn from, in order to provision personnel to Government and industry.

TCM has been supplying personnel to Government since 2003, is an Australian Small to Medium Enterprise.

• Governance and Strategic Planning: in particular, disciplines associated with major Program and Project management and execution;
